Reservation Procedure
Step One
Inquiry: Determine the location of the apartment you would like to rent from our listing and call the office to schedule an appointment to sign an Option to Rent Agreement and Submit a Reservation Deposit. Deposit is $100.00 per person and is non-refundable should you withdraw your reservation prior to signing the Lease Agreement.
Step Two
Submitting the Reservation:The $100 Reservation Deposit will be applied to your move in balance. When you sign the Option to Rent Agreement you will also be given a copy of the Lease Agreement, a Personal Guarantee form for your parent(s) to sign, and a breakdown of the move in costs. Your apartment will not be assigned until you have signed the Lease Agreement. The sooner you sign the Lease Agreement, the sooner your apartment is guaranteed.
Step Three
Signing the Lease Agreement: When you return to sign the Lease Agreement you will be asked to make your first move-in payment. This payment will include half on the first month rent, last month rent and security Deposit ($400 per person). This amount will vary according to each property.
Step Four
Final Payments and Paperwork: Within 30 days from the day you sign the Lease Agreement your final move-in payment and completed Personal Guarantee form (notarized or with a copy of your Guarantor’s drivers license) are due. If your payment or Personal Guarantee form is received after the due date you may be charged a $35.00 late fee as described in the Lease Agreement.
