Eagle Manor Apartments are totally renovated and perfectly suited for college students. They are just three blocks from the UNT campus so you don’t have to search for a parking place when you go to classes, just a short bike ride or walk and you’re right there. All utilities including free WiFi are covered in the monthly rent. Gamers are welcome and will enjoy the rapid connectivity and run speed.
We’ve made the apartments environmentally friendly by installing thermal pane windows and a PVAC heat pump heating and air conditioning system. Each unit has its own PVAC system so you can match the temperature of your apartment to your own taste. We use compact fluorescent lighting in all fixtures and added extra closed cell rigid insulation to all of the walls. This extra insulation also enhances your privacy. In addition we have 24 hour, monitored exterior surveillance cameras.
These one bed room one bath apartments include granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors in kitchen and bath, ceramic tiled showers, laminate flooring in the living/dining area and plush carpeting in the bed room. If you’d like to make the living room area a little more personal you can even choose an accent color for one wall in the living room from our color chart.
The living room and bed room both have lighted overhead fans, just the thing to keep you cool on warm summer evenings in Texas.
In the kitchen you’ll find everything you will need; dishwasher, refrigerator, 30” gas range and garbage disposal. Sorry, you’ll have to bring your own cook book.
When renovations are completed by fall of 2008 all 96 units will be available and the entire apartment community will be fenced and gated. Each resident will have their own gate pass.
