I am looking to rent one of the bedrooms in my 3 bedroom home in La Mesa (right next to Grossmont HS, and the Harry Griffin Park). The room is very large, and the rent is all utilities included. I already have pets, so I am looking for an animal lover, but one that preferably does not have any pets of their own. I have a washer and dryer, fireplace, backyard with an orange tree, large kitchen, plasma TV in the living room, wireless internet, plently of parking.. you name it, we probably got it. Near Costco and shopping/restaurants in La Mesa (just off the 8 freeway at Fletcher). Very quite neighborhood, so no big party people please.

Water, trash, landscaping taken care of. Small rear yard either with privacy (has bamboo now), or with view of park (bamboo gone, small fence still there).

This is a 1950's cottage, so the bedrooms are small with limited storage (just want to be honest), but there is a laundry/storage room off the back bedroom.
