Your only costs will be laundry ($3 for wash & dry) & whatever you need outside home (transit pass, restaurants, movies etc.) You are a non-smoking, focussed, responsible, student or day worker who is over 18 years old but preferably at least in your mid-twenties. We are friendly, considerate, clean and tidy. We follow certain rules to ensure a smoothly running household and each have a brief daily chore for a fair division of household tasks. We are usually home by 11 pm weeknights. Socializing is outside the home only to respect study & rest needs, however there are many coffee shops & restaurants nearby, within a brief walking distance for meeting friends. We usually like quiet from midnight to 5 am. However, we can shower, be on the computer, study or get a snack anytime (24/7). If you would like to help out with computer tutoring (Microsoft Office & basics), gardening, simple baking, cooking or other household chores, your rent can be reduced somewhat.
